Wiggington - New Build

Blending classic arts and crafts architecture with a contemporary touch this is an innovative 4-bedroom new build.

A modern glass box addition, linked to the main house by a glass bridge over a stream, creates a stunning focal point. Pearson Building meticulously carried out construction of the works, designed and created the landscaping and pool area as well as a beautiful 3-bay oak frame carport.

"We were so pleased to have Pearson Builders work on our house. Pearson’s are a team of many talents all of which were put to good use in getting the project completed.

The team are experienced people who are all extremely hardworking and committed to achieving the highest standard.

We had so many decisions to make along the way which were sometimes difficult but Pearson’s always came up with the definitive answer. We now have the most beautiful house which is much admired. Thank you."

Castle Hill - New Build

A striking four-storey, five-bedroom family home designed and built to the highest specification.

At the heart of Castle Hill is a bespoke metal and glass staircase that runs through the centre of the property, setting the tone for the home’s light-filled, contemporary interior. Every element — from the kitchen and bathrooms to the fitted furniture — was designed, supplied, and handcrafted by our in-house team of skilled makers.

This project reflects Pearson Building’s full design-and-build capability: a seamless collaboration between client, architect, and craftsmen to create a home that is both elegant and enduring.

Client testimonial

“We were introduced to Pearson via several neighbours who had either completed a full build or substantial works with the team. Ian’s ongoing contact with those homeowners after completion speaks to his integrity as a builder.

Building a new house is a stressful process, but this was minimised by the strong working relationship we had with the team.

As Ian managed the build, he was a constant presence on site — always available and always willing to spend time discussing details. His sense of design was invaluable in helping make key decisions, and several of his suggested modifications to the architect’s plans led to better practical and aesthetic outcomes.

The team worked to exacting standards and were greatly appreciated by our neighbours for their respectful approach during construction.

We’re delighted with our new home and grateful to everyone at Pearson Building for both the process and the final result.”

Having never even had so much as a storm porch added to any of my many previous homes, we somewhat surreally, found ourselves in the, admittedly enviable position, of being about to build an 8000 sqft family home.
